NASA Caught Blurring Out Part Of Mars Satellite Image

Why is the area pointed out blurred out, what's underneath the blur?

Thomas Mikey Jensen (Astro Archaeology Research Society) found this interesting area with a visible light source on top of something big enough to cast a shadow.
It is not unusual that rocks can reflect the Sun, but it is unusual that one area on the big satellite image is blurred out so obviously.
At the bottom, you see a formation of 8-9 white objects almost creating a circle, is it a crater with sunlight? but if you look to the right you can clearly see a little crater and how it looks like with the Sun and shadows
